Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us. Any unused merchandise in the original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) with warranty cards unfilled, may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
All returns require a return authorization number (RA #). Returns sent back without an authorization number will be rejected. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and return requirements are met.
If the product purchased is defective, you may be able to exchange the item. Please email us at sales@fplogistics.com with a clear explanation of the problem and we will issue you a return authorization number.
DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products. If a package was delivered to your door in a damaged state, please refuse the package. This will allow us to expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Should you return a product that was purchased with "Free Shipping", FP Logistics’ cost to ship the original product to you will be deducted from your total cost. Your credit will be the product cost, less the restocking fee and the actual shipping costs to ship the product to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Labor and/or installation services; consumable items such as tape, pens, cartridges and styli, fog juice, replacement lamps that have been plugged in, CD's or software that has been unsealed/opened, slipmats, vinyls, color gels or custom gobos; items that cannot be sanitized, such as microphones, mouthpieces, headphones, earphones or earsleeves; special order items; or items that are damaged and abused. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) are only available for an even exchange on the identical product.
